Salted fish Kailan is one of the must have menu for most Thai restaurants in Malaysia. It usually compliments other dishes when eaten with white rice.

In this dish, the salted fish flavours the kailan. Depending on the salted fish used, it is usually season with very little salt or not necessary to season at all.
