Kuih Sago is a traditional Asian dessert and a common kueh that can be found throughout Malaysia. The thick and chewy textured kueh is basically made of pearl sago and sugar. The ingredients is boiled or steam till translucent and cooked, cooled in a tray, then cut to desired pieces. It is coated with salted fresh grated coconut before served.
