Ingredients
10 g of jelly powder
4 cups of water
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of evaporated milk
1 cup of custard flour
1 tbsp of coco powder
1 tbsp of lukewarm water
Directions
1. First, pour in water into a pot with jelly powder and sugar. Cooked until it boils and sugar dissolves. Stir constantly.
2. Meanwhile mix evaporated milk and custard flour. Stir well and set aside.
3. Mix coco powder and a bit of water. Mix well and set aside.
4. Then mix custard with evaporated milk into a jelly powder and sugar pot. Mix well. Then divide into 2 portions.
5. Pour in the mixture into a tray and keep in the freezer for about 10 minutes untill the jelly is freezing.
6. Meanwhile add coco powder mixture into another parts and cooks again over medium heat until it’s thickens. Stir constantly.
7. After the first layer is cool, pour in the coco mixture on the top. Then keep in the refrigerator.
8. After that make a 4 to 6 yellow mixture, layer by layer with coco mixture. Continue until the mixture is finished.
9. Marble pudding is tastier when served chill.
