Chicken Briyani Rice | Indian Biryani Recipe

Nasi briyani is a mixed rice dish from the Indian subcontinent. It is made with spices, rice and meat or vegetables. The popularity of this exotic dish is attributed to its aromatic flavors and distinctively rich taste.

In Malaysia and Singapore, briyani is also sometimes spelled as beriani, biryani or briani. Here, the dish usually is served with rendang and accompanied with sirap bandung as a thirst quencher, especially among the Malay Muslim community.

Chicken (500 gram)

Lemongrass (2 stalks)

Cardamom
Cinnamon
Evaporated Milk (1 cup)
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Ghee (150 gram)
Rock Sugar
Salt To Taste
Tomatoes (2 cut into 4)
Briyani Spices (2 tbsp)
Black Raisins (1/2 cup)
Chili Pepper (2 )
Yellow Food Colouring
