How to make a delicious chiffon cake 如何制作好吃的戚风蛋糕

A simple and easy way to make chiffon cake. 超简单容易地制作戚风蛋糕

1. Prepare all the ingredients.
准备所需的材料。
2. Separate the eggs (from fridge) and place
egg yolks in a bowl.
将冷藏的鸡蛋黄分隔放置在小碗。
3. Pour the corn oil in a big bowl. Sift the
flour and baking power on it and mix.
将玉米油倒入大碗中。将面粉与泡打粉一起
过筛搅拌。
4. Add egg yolks and milk.Then mix it well in
the batter.
加入蛋黄和牛奶。然后搅拌至完全融入面
糊。
5. Preheat your oven to 150 degrees F.
预热烤炉至150度。
6. Use the hand mixer to beat the egg whites
on high speed until soft peaks form, add
1/3 sugar, then beat it 2 minutes, add
another 1/3 sugar. Then, add the
remaining sugar and beat the egg whites
until stiff peaks form.
用手动搅拌器,开高速将蛋白打发,加入三
分之一的糖,再打两分钟,再加入三分之一
的糖。之后再加入剩余的糖打至微硬性发
泡。
7. Use a rubber spatula gently takes 1/3
of egg whites into the egg yolk batter until
blended. Then add the remaining egg
whites into it. (being careful not to deflate
the batter)
用塑胶刮刀取三分之一的蛋白加入蛋黄面
糊,搅拌混合。之后再将其余蛋白加入混
合。(小心避免消泡)
8. Pour the batter into a 20cm (8'') chiffon
cake mould/tube pan and bake for 50-60
minutes. (Can use aluminium foil to cover
the top of cake to avoid the surface being
overheated)
倒出面糊入一个八吋的戚风蛋糕模具,烘烤
50-60分钟。(可用铝箔纸/锡纸以保护蛋糕
表层过热)
9. After 60 minutes, take out the cake from
oven immediately, invert the mould/pan
and let it cool completely before you
remove it from the mould/pan.
六十分钟过后,马上从烤箱拿出蛋糕,倒置
至完全冷却,才拿出蛋糕。
