Mamak Noodles or Mee Mamak is an Indian Muslim type of noodle dish commonly found in mamak stalls in Malaysia. This type of fried noodles is Malaysian all time favourite, for any time of the day, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Mee Mamak is special on its own compared to other types of fried noodles, which is the way how quick it is to cook and usually comes with unique aroma. The variations of mamak noodles can be tasted from different ingredients combination in a recipe with the use of spices, tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce and chili paste.
