Ingredients:

500g rice
1 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of water
1 tsp of salt
2 pieces of screw pine leaves (knot)
Banana leaves
Rafia fibres
Water (for boiling)

Directions

1. Pour water, coconut milk, screw pine leaves and salt into the wok and stir well.

2. Then, add rice and stir until the cook is dried.

3. After that, scoop 3 tablespoon of cooked rice and place it to banana leaves. Pack the banana leaves nicely and tightly. Do the same step till the rice finished.

4. Then boils into boiling water for about 1 or 2 hours. Put aside and Burasak is ready to be served.
