Kek yang sangat sedap di makan begitu saja..Sangat lembut texture kek ini. Resepi pun senang sangat.

Bahan bahan

4 sudu besar minyak sayuran/jagung /masak (50ml)
2/3 cawan tepung naik sendiri (80gm)-self rising)
1/4 cawan susu segar /fullcream (80ml)
5 biji kuning telur gred A
1 biji penuh telur gred A
5 biji putih telur gred A
1/3 cawan gula halus (80gm)
1/4 sudu kecil garam

Panaskan oven 150°C dan bakar selama 1 jam setengah (yang ini ikut pada kesesuaian oven masing2)

Ingredients

4 tablespoons vegetable oil / corn / cook (50ml)
2/3 cup self-rising flour (80gm)
1/4 cup fresh milk / fullcream (80ml)
5 grade A egg yolks
1 whole grade A eggs
5 grade A egg whites
1/3 cup refined sugar (80gm)
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 150°C and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes
