Ingredients

2 cups of cold rice
2 eggs
6 prawns
5 bird’s eye chili peppers
1 inch shrimps paste
4 mustard greens
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ cup anchovies-pounded
3 tablespoon oil
a bit of light soy sauce
dash of pepper
¼ cup of crispy fried anchovies

Directions

1. First, add bird’s eye chili peppers, anchovies and shrimp paste into a pounder. Roughly pound and set aside.

2. Next, roughly pound onion and garlic separately

3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the pounded shrimp and onion and fry until fragrant

4. Next, add pounded chili peppers with anchovies and shrimp paste. Mix well and add the mustard greens, pepper, light soy sauce and oyster sauce. Once evenly strirred, put it aside.

5. Put in the egg and rice. Mix well and sprinkle the crispy fried anchovies.

6. Kampung fried rice is ready to be served. Give this recipe a try!
